SoftPro Grip

  • Product Description: Static prefabricated WHFO
  • Product Treats: Moderate to severe contractures of the wrist hand and fingers
  • Product Utilization: Patient has pain and decreased ROM and expectations are limited to a functional "C" position.
  • Sizes: RT/LT/Bilateral small, medium, large based on the measurements of the width of MP joint and length of wrist crease to finger tips.
  • Coding: L3807 Wrist hand finger orthosis diagnosis is 718.44 contracture of the joint/hand, 718.43 contracture of the forearm. Must have one of the above diagnoses.
  • Required Documentation: Therapy, Nursing or Physician notes stating the patient has the above diagnosis and requires a static WHFO for treatment. Telephone order is required for dispensing and must state RT/LT/Bilateral WHFO.
  • Adjunct Products: L3923 Finger Separators or ulnar drift strap. These are utilized to separate the fingers and or position of the brace.

SoftPro Functional Resting Hand

  • Product Description: Static prefabricated WHFO
  • Product Treats: Moderate to severe contractures of the wrist hand and fingers
  • Product Utilization: Patient has pain and decreased ROM and expectations are extension to resting position.
  • Sizes: RT/LT/Bilateral small, medium, large based on measurements of the width of MP joint and length of wrist crease to finger tips
  • Coding: L3807 Wrist hand finger orthosis diagnosis is 718.44 contracture of the joint/hand, 718.43 contracture of the forearm. Must have one of the above diagnoses.

  • Sizes: RT/LT/Bilateral small, medium, large based on measurements of the width of MP joint and length of wrist crease to finger tips

  • Product Treats: Severe contracted fingers with mild wrist contracture
  • Product Utilization: Patient has pain and decreased ROM and expectations are Functional “C” position.
  • Sizes: RT/LT/Bilateral, one size fits all

Care Max Air Hand (L3807)

  • Provides support and treatment of wrist/hand/finger contractures while simultaneously treating moderate to severly contracted fingers with prolonged low load stretch. Comes with 2 air bladders and bladder covers.

Easy Care Hand (L3807)

  • Light weight WHFO, without joints, is designed for progressive treatment/correction of moderately to severly contracted MPs, PIPs and DIPs. Includes 3 graduated foam rolls (S,M,L).

Care Resting Hand (L3807)

  • Adjustable wrist, hand, finger orthosis designed for treatment of wrist, hand, finger contractures. The ulnar radial tabs prevent and/or treat deviation. Available in 4 sizes (XS,S,M,L).
