Crossroads Orthotics & Consultation, Inc., is a national provider of custom, custom-fitted, and off-the-shelf orthotics and diabetic footwear to the long-term care, home health, and rehabilitation communities.
Our representatives are a combination of C.PEDs, certified fitters, and other related allied health professionals, all focused on providing patient service with an emphasis on education and compliance.
Our professionals provide localized service, so they can be active members in their facilities. These ongoing relationships facilitate proper fitting and timely delivery of products to the patient, as part of Crossroads Orthotics’ commitment to excellent service and education for our customers.
In addition to being an in-network provider with numerous health insurance carriers, Crossroads Orthotics has earned contracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), through its 2021 competitive bidding process, for back and knee braces in multiple markets throughout the U.S.
